We would like to bring your attention to the 1946 Savernake Explosion Memorial Project.

The Dedication Ceremony was held at New Road, Marlborough  on Sunday 23rd April 2023. 

The memorial is to commemorate the 8 men killed in the explosion on 2nd January 1946 at the Great Western Railway's North Savernake Sidings near Cadley.
